How to help with the Holiday Giving Program?

Elks Members

Elks members should join the committee, or reach out to the chair, Matt Petersen. We have meetings throughout the fall, and schedule working shifts on the Lodge Calendars. This year, the volunteer shifts will be managed through Signup.com (details shared to the committee).

Community Members

We need delivery drivers on the big delivery day, click this button or follow the link https://signup.com/go/iTiHRUE to sign up. Drivers will register their vehicle and contact info on the day of the event. 

Groups that want to do a bigger project can reach out to see if we have any larger tasks that might work for a team event.

Community Partners

We partner with stores, farms, small businesses, the Fire Department, school district, etc to make this event happen. If you can help with any part of our efforts, please reach out at donate2Elks@1862holidaygiving.org and we can find a way to get you involved.

Donations and Contributions

If you would like to support the program via donations, you can use our Donate button to contribute via Square. To send a check, please make it out to Hillsboro Elks Holiday Giving, and mail it to PO Box 7013, Beaverton, OR 97007. You can also drop off donations at the lodge on Quatama Street.

Hillsboro Fire Department also has Toy and Joy barrels out in the community, and those go to support our program. More than half of the toys we distribute are collected by HFD!!! We also have an Amazon Wish List with our top requests.
